Reservations and Payments

1.Our quotation has the fixed exchange between US dollars and CN Yuan. The rate is USD1.00 = CN Yuan 7.5.

.Reservatioan will not be confirmed until we receive your first payment USD500.00 P/P. The transfer fee is on your own.

The last payment should be paid 60 days before the tour starts.



Cancellations and refund

1.Any changes made 61 days before the tour start , the clients enjoy free of change.
2.The cancellation penalty will be a certain percentage of the tour price.

Responsibility

 

1.CTS is involved in booking hotel and air/train/cruise transportation for you. CTS will try its best to coordinate with the airline, cruise line or the hotel to ensure that everything goes on smoothly. But as CTST does not act as an agent for these service suppliers, it shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by CTS. However, CTS promise that it will be responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services like guide service, meals and car/van transportation.

2.In the case of non-provided service due to the negligence of CTS,CTS is obligated to compensate the service to the client.

3.CST shall however not be held responsible for any damage in clientsĄ¯ perception whatsoever arising from any alteration or cancellation.

4.In case of Changes/Alterations from the customer: All changes including routes, itineraries, arrival date, the number of people traveling and other arrangements of confirmed tour shall be advised to CTS in time. CTS will not be held responsible for any delayed notice and penalty will be requested if there is loss resulted.

5.In case of cancellation, the customer shall inform CTS in time to avoid any losses. Otherwise the cancellation penalty will be required as stipulated above.

6 .CTS reserve the right to adjust its tour rate in the event of the expected currency devaluation and cost increases, including the increase in the airfare, cruise fare, hotel rate, entrance fees or fuel surcharge. But if CTS has received the full payment already, it will take all losses and not charge you more for the cost increase.

7.For the smooth operation of the tour, CTSreserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary or to cancel a tour at any time whenever it turns out to be necessary. CTS will refund any unused portion to the customer.

8.CTS will not be held responsible for any loss resulted from the factors uncontrolled by human beings, for example, climatic conditions, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, terrorist activities.

9.The customer will take all risks or losses arising from any unauthorized extra services beyond our confirmed itinerary that the client requires with the local agent, local guide or the driver. But DDIT will try its best to help the customer get out of the difficulties including chase compensation if any damages or losses occur.

10.CTS is not responsible for a clientĄ¯s failure to comply with customs regulations or the suspension of the tour for any fault of the customer.

11The tour always includes some activities which require care attention. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. CTS, its guides and local agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care. CTS is not responsible for the lost of any customerĄ¯s personal property due to his or her negligence.

12.CTS reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

13.CTS reserves the right to modify or rescind the above terms and conditions in whole, with or without notice.
