Day 1 Beijing Arrival
Arrive at any time, airport pick-up & airport-hotel transfer.

Arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport/Beijing Daxing International Airport. Upon your arrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. On the way to the hotel, the guide will tell you interesting stories, and some useful travel information about this city. Then you will check in at hotel.


Day 2 Beijing
Tian’anmen Square,Forbidden City,Temple of Heaven,the Summer Palace. (B+L)

Beijing is an ancient capital with a history of more than 3,000 years. It is the capital of the People's Republic of China, the political center, the cultural center, the international communication center, and the scientific and technological innovation center.  This morning your tour will start from Tian’anmen Square. Tian’anmen Square is in the center of Beijing. It is in East Chang'an Street, 880 meters in the north and 500 meters in the east and west. It is about the size of 61 FIFA football fields and can accommodate around 1 million people to get together. Going through the Tiananmen Gate Tower and the Meridian Gate (Wu Men), you will enter the Forbidden City (Closed on each Monday). The Palace Museum, formerly known as the Forbidden City, is in the center of Beijing's central axis. It is the imperial palace of the 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China. It is one of the most preserved ancient wooden structures in the world and was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in 1987.Then you will visit the Temple of Heaven. It is in the south of Beijing, was built in 1420. It was rebuilt in the Qianlong and Guangxu periods of the Qing Dynasty. It is a place to worship the god of heaven and pray for the abundance of grain for the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. You will have a chance to learn Tai Chi from some Tai Chi enthusiasts in the park of Temple of Heaven. After lunch, you will go to the Summer Palace. The Summer Palace, a royal garden of the Qing Dynasty in China, formerly known as the Qingyi Garden, is in the western suburbs of Beijing, 15 kilometers away from the urban area and adjacent to the Yuanming Garden. Centered on the Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain, and the model of Hangzhou West Lake, it is a large-scale landscaped garden built from the design techniques of Jiangnan Gardens. Day 3 Beijing
Ding Tomb of the Ming Dynasty 13 Tombs,Mutianyu Great Wall. (B+L)

This morning, we will drive for about 1 hour to visit Ding Tomb of the Ming Dynasty 13 Tombs. The Ding Tomb is one of the famous underground buildings in China. It is one of the thirteen Ming Dynasty tombs distributed in Beijing and it was excavated in 1957. The buildings in Ding Tomb mainly include the Ling’en Gate, Ling’en Palace, Minglou, Baocheng and the Earth Palace. It is the tomb of the Emperor Wanli and Empress of the Ming Dynasty. After lunch, we will visit Mutianyu Great Wall which is the essence of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty and the longest Great Wall in China. The construction of Mutianyu Great Wall has a unique style. There are dense watchtowers here and rugged passes. There are 3 watchtowers erected at one fortress, 6-7 meters tall, 4-5 meters wide, snakes along 5,000 km through mountains and valleys. It was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in 1987. Day 4 BeijingXi’an
Take the high speed train to Xi'an, transfer to hotel. (B)

You will take the estimated train: G571 09:22-15:05 to Xi’an. After arrival in Xi’an, our guide will pick you up at the train station and transfer to see the 600 years old City Wall which is the most complete City Wall in China. After learning the history of the City Wall, you will have some free time. You could have a walk or rent a bicycle to ride on the wall.

Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Great Mosque, Muslim's Quarter. (B+L)

After breakfast, we will drive for about 1 hour to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum -- the No.8 Wonder in the world. The Terracotta Warriors and the Horses stand silently to guard the tomb of China’s first emperor---Qin Shihuang for over 2000 years. Terracotta warriors are a category of ancient tomb sculptures. Slaves were buried with their owner in ancient times. Slave was a subsidiary of the slave owner before his death. After the death of the slave owner, the slave was to be buried as a funerary for the slave owner. Terracotta warriors are funerary objects made in the shape of chariots, warhorses and soldiers. Then we will visit the Great Mosque and Muslim's Quarter. Great Mosque is a Chinese temple-style ancient building complex with a long history and a large scale. It is the crystallization of the fusion of Islamic culture and Chinese culture. Day 6 Xi’anShanghai
Small Wild Goose Pagoda, a local family visit, fly to Shanghai then transfer to hotel. (B+L)

Today you will visit Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Both the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda are important symbols that have been preserved in Tang Chang'an City to this day. The Small Wild Goose Pagoda is a beautiful tower and is a Buddhist architectural art heritage of the Tang Dynasty. Afterward, you will have a local family visit, have a look of local family and learn to make dumpling from the hosts. It must be a fantastic experience in your trip.

After lunch, you will take estimated flight: HO1212 15:30-18:00 to Shanghai. Our guide will be holding your name sign and waiting for you at the airport. Day 7 Shanghai
Yu Garden, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Huangpu River Night Cruise, the Bund, Nanjing Road. (B+L)

Today, you will first visit Yu Garden (Closed on each Monday). Yu Garden is a Jiangnan classical garden. It was originally a private garden in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. Then you will have some free time looking around the bazaar area outside the garden. After lunch we will see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. It is one of the iconic cultural landscapes of Shanghai. It is in Lujiazui, Pudong New District, with a tower height of about 468 meters. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Shanghai on the observatory. In evening, you will take a Huangpu River Night Cruise and enjoy the beautiful sunset view on the deck. It says “The best place to enjoy the view of Huangpu river is not on the Bund, but on a cruise”. It is a must-have item for visiting Shanghai. Then you will see the Bund. The Bund is located on the banks of the Huangpu River in Huangpu District. On the Bund stands 52 classical revival buildings of very different styles, known as "Exhibition of the world's Architecture". It is an important historical site and representative building in modern China, and one of the landmarks of Shanghai.
