Built in 1930-1931, the old dormitory is one of the early campus buildings. It is well designed and composed of four dormitory buildings, which are connected via three Roman column arches.

The main body of the building adopts granite gray as the main color, demonstrating a sense of simplicity and elegance. Its entrance is equipped with magnificent multi-layered steps (also known as 100-step stairs). Standing on the roof of the building, a panoramic view of Cherry Blossom Garden can be commanded.
