Brief Introduction of Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum

Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum is located in the Bank of Jinma Lake, Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is the largest teddy bear museum in the world and was officially opened to the public in 2012. It is jointly built by China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group, one of the Fortune Global 500, and South Korea JS & F Company. The famous Teddy Bear Museum in Jeju Island of South Korea was established exactly by the latter. Therefore, the teddy bears in Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum share the same design and manufacturing technology as those in South Korea.
 

Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum is different from traditional museums or theme parks. It spreads the century-old teddy culture by virtue of its collection of limited editions of extremely precious teddy bears from all over the world. And it also enables people to relax themselves in their appreciation of the bears.
 

The museum has an indoor Teddy Bear 3D Cinema, Teddy Interactive Area, Riverside Park, Water World, and other outdoor natural scenery and leisure facilities. In addition, it has 12 teddy bear-themed venues jointly designed by Chinese and Korean artists, such as the History Hall, the China Hall, the World Hall, the Korea Hall, Interactional Space, Visual Illusion Space, and Color Space. History of Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum

On November 11, 2012, the opening ceremony of Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum was held in Chengdu International Sports Campus, Wenjiang District, Chengdu. Thus, China’s first and the world’s largest teddy bear-themed museum was officially opened to the public.
 

On September 24, 2015, thousands of cute and interesting teddy bears were on display at Chengdu Teddy Bear Museum in Wenjiang District.

The History Hall
